Handoff is documented with photos, video and serial details where applicable. This is documentation, not expert authentication.
Step 3
Documented Delivery
Delivery steps are timestamped so both people can see what happened and when.
Step 4
Buyer Review
The buyer reviews the documented handoff and can approve it or report a problem.
Step 5
Payment Release
Seller proceeds become eligible for release through the payment-protection partner once the applicable review, verification and settlement conditions are met.
