Agree the deal
You and the seller settle on the item and price on the marketplace, then create a protected transaction here.
Seller confirms
The seller opens your secure invitation, adds their contact details and pickup city, and confirms the terms.
Courier inspects
A vetted courier photographs all four sides, records a walkaround video, logs the serial number, and runs a checklist.
Deliver and approve
The item is delivered, you review the evidence, and the deal completes once you approve.
